make, model, year

Look what the cat dragged in last week. Another much loved, but battle-scarred old handset.

Uberadept won the last mobile phone guess last time, so let's see if anyone can beat him to it. Year and make please people.

And extra points to anyone who remembers what was different when you took the battery off... and go!

  5. Its the Nokia 6310i released about 2002 the battery had a push button relase near the top for lock and release, it looks very similar to the 6210i was and still is a very popular business phone all around the world due to its good design.

  6. Bingo!

P Castle-Macdonald you are correct and you have named the battery/back quirk too. We know a lot of people (especially the businessmen) who are gutted that their 6310a has now broken and they can't use it anymore.

    Damn, they loved that phone.

  7. Luckily, I can still use mine. Very fortunate when the high tech phones go on the blink. In fact, one is currently being used on my talk plan due to such a mishap.
